I went a whole week without going near Facebook… I could have made it two weeks, but I briefly used my phone to be nosey. Hopefully I can try going another week without it when I do have access to the internet… see how much willpower I have.

We arrived at Sanford airport in Orlando on 9th August & drove about four hours to get to where we were staying in Englewood! We also visited Venice, which was a lot nicer than where we were staying, I thought.
Whilst in Florida, I ran out of socks just before it was time to leave, so I bought a pack of six from Wal-Mart… not quite how I thought I’d be shopping for new socks, but it still counts I suppose!
I finally got to wear my bikini outside in Florida, I think it was probably the first (full) day we got there!
I bought wax strips a couple of days ago because, as some of you know, I’m off to Florida next week & I wanted as little hassle as possible concerning my appearance. I tried them today… bloody hell! I don’t ever want to use those things again! Screw society & the stupid norms haha, I’d rather be hairy than try that again :P currently I have one hair-less leg (red & blotchy) & one fairly hairy one. Lovely!

Not very interesting, but I bought & tried out mouthwash today since I was told it would help with cleaning my wisdom teeth (& keeping my mouth clean/fresh in general). Don’t know why I haven’t used it before!
I went to the dentist today after missing my last two appointments (because of Uni) & I finally got to talk to him about my stupid wisdom teeth. He said I had to wait for the last one to come through & if they’re still giving me problems, then I may need to have them out. Fun stuff! At least I’ve talked to him about it.

July 23rd, 2008 Filed under: helping others by SaaraToday I finally got around to showing my mum how to rip her CDs & put the music on to her MP3 player. I’ve been saying for ages that I would do it! Hopefully it’ll be easier for her when their new computer arrives… the one at the moment is so slow!
I organised & labelled all of my written journals with the date started & date finished. I bought some storage boxes to go under my bed & they are now neatly tucked away! I bought a bikini for the first time today - now I just need to wear it outside!
